| The Red-billed Hornbill (Tochus erythrochynchus) is common in East and Central Africa in dry bush country, open acacia woodland and riverine woodland. Its call is a common sound in the bush. During reproduction the female is plastered up in a nesting hole with mud and fed by her mate through a narrow hole. There she lays and broods her eggs. | ||||||||||
