| When alert, the Impala will stop, swing its head, scan the landscape for movements and rotate its ears to pick up sounds. If it can't identify an object, it will move its head up and down and sideways to see more. It will begin to graze, then quickly raise its head and stare. After an alarm snort, it makes amazing leaps, jumping over bushes or even other impala. | ||||||||||
