African Lion
"A Synchronized Pair"
One of the most unique characteristics of the African Lion is that they are highly social and the only cat to regularly hunt cooperatively. Prides are the basic unit, with a few adult males and several females and their young. Females are the anchors of lion society. They do the hunting, rear the cubs, own and defend the territory. We have several photos of these two, each looking in the same direction as the other.
