"Pay Them No Mind, Henry!"
Strange Looking Creatures, Mom!!
The Black Rhinoceros is a browser that feeds mainly on woody plants, leaves, roots and shoots. Typical of a browser, the upper lip is narrow, protrudes slightly and is prehensile. It curls around a leafy branch when feeding and then is sheared with the front premolar teeth and passed to low crown molars in the back for chewing. It has no incisors.
