"Grazing on the Serengeti"
A Hot Day on the Serengeti!!
Bachelor herds often show wider, more regular spacing between the bulls. These non-territorial wildebeest are phlegmatic. There is little playing, chasing or fighting. These animals feed around a marginal habitat that has few territorial bulls to harass them. All males will join these bachelor herds after they are cut off from the family herd by its territorial male.
