| The male Warthog (Phacochoerus aethiopicus) has three pairs of 'warts': one pair near the eyes, one pair on the snout and one pair on the lower jaw. The females' warts are smaller, and there are none on the snout. Subadult males have white hair tufts on the lower warts that will be lost as the animal matures. | ||||||||||
